About Brad
Buying or selling a home can feel like a high-stakes project with a hundred moving parts. The goal here is simple: replace uncertainty with clear options, clean next steps, and calm decision-making.
Clients work with me when they want:
- A smart plan instead of generic advice
- Plain-English education on pricing, timing, financing, inspection realities, and risk
- Direct guidance on tradeoffs, not pressure
- Strong execution: prep, marketing, negotiation, and contract-to-close project management
Expect a consulting approach built around three things:
- Clarity. Market data and buyer behavior translated into “what this means for you” and “what to do next.”
- Control. A written game plan, predictable communication, and fewer surprises.
- Confidence. Decisions anchored in facts, not noise.
Complex situations are welcome, especially:
- Estate & probate sales
- “Not updated but impeccably maintained” homes
- Sellers who want a step-by-step prep roadmap (what matters, what doesn’t, what pays back)
- Buyers who want strategy (offer positioning, appraisal risk, inspection approach, timeline leverage)
I offer dedicated service, backed by a vetted bench of partner pros (lenders, title, inspectors, insurance, cleaners, contractors, etc.) so the experience stays coordinated and consistent from day one through closing.
Message anytime for a quick, no-pressure consult on next steps.
My experience in serving clients for over 40 years is based on putting client needs first - I will listen to you, work tirelessly on your behalf, and I will use the latest and most sophisticated Internet marketing tools to find you a new home or to depict your property to the broadest possible range of qualified buyers. A Baltimore native, born and raised, I am familiar with all of the area neighborhoods, and I will put that knowledge to work for you to help you buy or sell your home.
Family and faith are most important to me. I also enjoy challenging myself with new opportunities for growth, whether completing a 100-mile bike ride to raise funds for leukemia research, or completing my first marathon at age 46. Giving back to the community is one of my core values, and I have served on the board or in a leadership role for several non-profit organizations, including the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Boy Scouts of America, Best Buddies Maryland, and as President and founding member of Starboard Society. And I've continued my commitment to community and my industry by serving as an officer on the Board of Directors of the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors, as well as the Legislative and Forms Committees and as a Federal Political Coordinator for Maryland Congressional District 2.
My philosophy is simple: clients come first. I pledge to be in constant communication, keeping you fully informed throughout the entire buying or selling process. If you don't have an amazing experience, I haven't done my job. I don't measure success through achievements or awards, but through the satisfaction of my clients.
