TL;DR : Brad and his team worked magic in one day and helped my wife and I get our house. My wife and I had been thinking about moving recently, and when we heard about the low interest rates we decided to go for it. We looked high and low with our realtor at the time to find a house that we liked, but non had felt like a home. However, one night we were sent the profile of a house that we loved. So we got an appointment set up for that following weekend to see it. The day of the house tour we get a terrible message that due to circumstances our realtor was unable to show us the house (understandably). So I frantically started calling everyone I could to see if they could show us the house, but everyone told me that since I already had a realtor they didn't want to 'step on her toes'. So finally my realtor's agency got back to me and told me that Brad was willing to cover for my realtor that day. So Brad showed up on a Sunday wearing his Baltimore Ravens gear and showed us the house. We liked the house and wanted it, but the catch was that we needed our offer to be in that same night. So Brad got his lender and the three of us got to working. By only communicating through texts, emails, and phone calls we were able to get everything done that night and won the bid. I am by nature a skeptical man. So working with people I had just met that same day with such an important thing was very overwhelming for me. However, Brad was very helpful, clear, honest, strategic, and kind. All those qualities continued as we worked with him through the entire process. Every week he would email us a well documented todo list of the things we should take care of that week. This was fantastic, and made the process more manageable. Brad was an amazing Realtor and a fantastic resource! Right away, Brad connected me with one of his preferred lenders who was able to get me pre-approved so we could find the right home. Then we looked at a bunch of homes – I’ll admit I had a very specific set of criteria I was looking for – but Brad never lost his patience and remained encouraging throughout the search, offering advice and steering me clear of things I never would have noticed but Brad picked up. When we finally found the home that we thought might be the one, Brad told me about it and we were inside the house within 45 minutes of it going on the market (the listing agent told me that at the closing)!
